K-EMA ST Chandelier

Add an RSI-based filter requiring RSI(14) > 55 for long entries and RSI(14) < 45 for short entries. Currently entries rely solely on EMA alignment and Supertrend direction, which can trigger late in extended moves. The RSI filter ensures momentum persists in the trade direction, reducing entries at exhaustion points and improving the probability of follow-through.
